At Christkindl Market Norwich, there is a pitch option for everyone. Our pitch hire includes your structure (where applicable), event management and support, marketing and advertising, and 24-hour security. The only additional charge is an electricity flatrate on a fair usage policy. The range of pitches we have includes: 

• 10 day and 5 day chalet hire

• 10 day large community / group hire

• Catering chalets

• Pitch-only catering options

We are looking for hot, sweet treats, gifts, seasonal decorations, art, homewares and more, displayed visually to a high standard. Specifically we are looking for a German Chocolate Kisses vendor, and a German Sausage vendor with a swing grill.

We prioritise traders who incorporate sustainable, ethical practices into their business and welcome local traders and unique handmade products. Our market aims to be single-use plastic free and favours ecologically sustainable packaging.

Christkindl Market Norwich is setting out to be a popular event, receiving many high-quality applications from a wide range of exceptional businesses. We take into consideration many different elements when deciding on our final list of stallholders including the following points:

3. Ethics of the business

4. Product Range

5. Retail Mix

6. Customer Profile

7. Price Range 

Whilst this is not all that we take into consideration, this provides a basis for us to start selecting our line up. We place a particular emphasis on businesses from Norfolk and the wider East Anglia Region, however all of the above criteria is taken into account across all applications. Trading at a previous Fine City Market does not automatically qualify you for this event.
