For ten days this December, Norwich's Chapelfield Gardens transforms into an alpine village market, complete with traditional wooden chalets, local artisan crafts, seasonal street food, and live festive entertainment. Whether you're hunting for that perfect handmade Christmas gift, warming up with a mulled wine, or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere with family and friends, Christkindl Market Norwich is your destination this Christmas.

Organised by Fine City Events Ltd, this is a Christmas market built with the community in mind: championing local and regional makers, keeping entry affordable, and creating an experience the whole family can enjoy.

We work closely with our traders to ensure every stall meets our high standards for quality, sustainability, and originality. This isn't a generic market, every product here has been chosen with care, so you can shop with confidence and find gifts you won't see anywhere else.

Free to enter during daytime hours, with a small £2 adult entry charge at peak afternoon / evening and weekend times to keep the experience comfortable and crowd-managed.

Christkindl Market Norwich offers a range of pitch options to suit different businesses, from independent makers to established brands. All pitch hire includes your structure (where applicable), full event management and support, extensive marketing and advertising across digital and physical channels, and 24-hour security throughout the event. The only additional charge is an electricity flat rate on a fair usage policy.

We prioritise traders who incorporate sustainable, ethical practices into their business, and we warmly welcome local traders and unique handmade products. Our market aims to be single-use plastic free and favours ecologically sustainable packaging.

Trader selection criteria includes: locality of business and materials, quality and originality of products, business ethics, product range, retail mix, customer profile, and price point. We place particular emphasis on businesses from Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region, though all criteria are considered equally.
